Habanero Hot Sauce 5oz
The hot sauce is hot... Habanero hot. But it is incredibly balanced and burning with flavor. After slow cooking the habaneros mixed with jalapenos and cayenne peppers, and adding secret spices, the hot sauce is aged with medium toasted French Oak wood chips. The oak helps mellow the heat and allows flavors to come out of the habanero that most people never knew existed.
